H-04 (¿modificar SRS o documentar como brecha?) resuelto el 2026-06-02 (PR #33) con el enfoque addendum + arreglar espejo: §2.17 Addendum en el SRS LaTeX + reconciliación de docs/SRS.md. H-03 (nota RF-12) ya estaba resuelto en PR #30; se actualiza el checklist que había quedado stale. Cierra los follow-ups pendientes del acta de cierre de H4.
