This change introduces a new admin page for template management, allowing administrators to list and delete resource templates. It includes a new aggregated API endpoint to fetch all templates, as well as DELETE endpoints for each template type. The frontend is updated with a new /admin route and a TemplateList component that displays the templates and provides a deletion dialog. Corresponding backend and frontend tests have been added to ensure the new functionality is working correctly.
