NemenyiPlot

Description

NemenyiPlot is an R library that allows visualizing the results of Nemenyi tests through customized plots.

Installation

From the GitHub repository:

Usage

Create the data

Nemenyi test + Plot

• nemenyi_test_and_plot calculates the Nemenyi test and plots the results. Expects a matrix where each row is a sample and each column is a method.

• nemenyi_test_and_plot_as_rows takes a long-format data frame with columns for the scores, methods, and groups.
