Introduction

The Automated Collection and Enrichment (ACE) Platform is an open source solution that enables agentless threat hunting in an environment. This tool makes it possible for anyone to begin gathering otherwise difficult to collect host data to hunt for threats in their environment. Actions like enabling Windows Remote Management (WinRM) can require levels of bureaucracy and take months to accomplish. It is also difficult to answer questions surrounding systems running macOS. By removing a few of our assumptions, we created ACE, an ASP.NET Web Application that not only allows the scanning of Windows and macOS machines, but also provides scan management with features like Scheduling and Credential Management.
