-Major additions/changes:
- New weapons, which are implemented in the campaign. Full list at the bottom of the change log
- Added varied item sets to enemies, with different rarities for each weapon tier, overall balance should be the same but with more variety in enemy equipment.
- Flashbang ammo for KS-23
- Flashbangs can now stack duration
- Visual cue for flashbanged units & partially flashbanged units
- Units now flash red when hit
- Guns are now loaded in ufopaedia article pictures
- LMGs now have movement inaccuracy.
- New hidden movement screen background and battlescape pause menu background
- Breaching tools are now no longer mutually exclusive, and spread out throughout tech tree
- GL acquisition no longer requires AT acquisition
- Language file support and spanish translation, By efrenespartano
- Raider sprite now visibly shows armor

- Operators on veteran and below now cost 100k instead of 200k
