- Refactor AGENTS.md for clarity, brevity, and improved structure.
- Move test writing, resource management, fixture caching, and subtest patterns into dedicated files under agent_docs/.
- Add agent_docs/new_tests.md and agent_docs/running_tests.md with concise, actionable checklists and instructions.
- Update resource management and fixture caching docs for accuracy and readability.
- Update pytest markers in pyproject.toml for clarity on testnets/long.
- Minor improvements to CLAUDE.md and subtests documentation.
