This will re render on every page navigate which tbh is probably fine. I'll merge this thanks for the contribution! ❤️ The plan is to probably add a static signal to the LunaPlugin class to trigger a re render when changes occur anyway. |

Currently, the PluginsTab in the settingsPage displays the message "You have no plugins installed!" on initial load, even when plugins are present. This happens because the tab renders immediately upon injection, before the plugin list has finished loading.
