v0.25.0 = hex integer literals lexed explicitly on every profile (hex-float forms are loud parse errors; #378+#381) and the async abort seam (eigs_set_abort_flag, #379). Local suite verified green on the v0.25.0 runtime before this bump; repo audit found zero uses of the newly-rejected hex forms. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
