Pin to EigenScript v0.29.0 (task-layer round-out + hardening release). Local CPU + memory suites green against the new runtime. Also fixes the CLAUDE.md 'current tested release' prose, which had drifted (still said v0.27.0 — missed at the v0.28.0 bump).
