This release adds support for proper handling of capitalization in the presence of rules that backspace entire words. Additionally the configuration system has been significantly refined.

• Sequence Transform now automatically generates default sequence_transform_config.json and sequence_transform_dict.txt files if they don't exist.
• Defining symbols no longer requires specifying an ascii character.
  Rules set can be split into multiple files.
