ViewModel 인스턴스로 선언된 코드들을 VC에 미리 선언해줬습니다.
아직 다른 View들은 준비가 되지 않은 상태이기 때문에 작업해놓은 VC들에 작업해놓았습니다.
추후 작업은 SigninAPI에서 진행할 예정입니다
