[codex] Update app images batch 16

Summary

• Updates 10 CasaOS AppStore app image tags and matching x-casaos metadata in one batch.
• Refreshes release notes using upstream release/tag context while keeping edits inside the routine app-update boundary.
• Excludes failed validation candidates from this PR; only apps that passed the 192.168.1.183 old-to-new loop are included.

Validation

• Confirmed each target Docker tag exists in its registry.
• Ran docker compose config on the 192.168.1.183 host for newly added replacement candidates.
• Ran git diff --check for all 10 changed compose files.
• Parsed all 10 changed compose files with PyYAML.
• Validated old-to-new update behavior on 192.168.1.183 using casaos-cli app-management install/apply, Docker image/state/restart checks, app listing checks, logs, and Web/API probes.
• Final host recheck: Jellyfin, PhotoPrism, RDTClient, Uptime Kuma, Stremio, Jackett, and qBittorrent containers were running with expected images; RDTClient and Uptime Kuma health were healthy.
