docs: Remove .github/README.md to fix GitHub display issue

Deleted .github/README.md file:

Reason:
- GitHub was displaying .github/README.md instead of main README.md
- This caused confusion for users
- Main README.md is now updated and complete

Expected result:
- GitHub repository page should now display main README.md
- Only one README file exists (README.md in root)
- No conflicting README files

Documentation is now:
- Cleaner (single README)
- More focused
- Follows best practices
- No display conflicts
