docs: Regenerate README.md following create-readme skill guidelines

Applied skill guidelines to improve README.md:

Changes based on skills/create-readme/SKILL.md:
1. Comprehensive project review - Analyzed entire codebase
2. Better structure - 25 well-organized sections
3. More concise - Reduced to 8,816 chars (43% reduction)
4. Reduced lines - 275 lines (45% reduction)
5. No overuse of emojis - Removed all emojis (0 total)
6. Removed redundant sections - LICENSE, CONTRIBUTING, CHANGELOG (have dedicated files)
7. GFM formatting - GitHub Flavored Markdown throughout
8. Better links - Clear references to documentation

Key improvements:
- More concise and to the point
- Better readability with clear sections
- Reduced visual clutter (no emojis)
- Removed content that exists in dedicated files
- Better documentation structure
- Improved links to detailed guides

This should resolve GitHub display issues by providing cleaner,
more maintainable README following established guidelines.
