Backend -> golang

NOTE: We are containerize the backend to deploy it on the cloud. (AZURE CONTAINER APP). We added a CI/CD pipeline to auto deploy the backend on the cloud. We are using github action workflow to build the container app and pusing it in a container repository. ghcr.io. {We are using our own repository and container registry to manage the deployment} REPO. IUTCS-24-OpenAPI-Hackathon have the access for the repository.
