Would need cross signed (open source?) Certum cert for 7 and below. Would not work on Windows 8.1/10+. Cost of $30-70/year?
Would eventually need Hardware Certification Kit (HCK) tested/verified version that is submitted through Windows Hardware Dev Center and signed via Certum EV for full kernel support (Win 10 1607+). Need the HCK and not attestation so it runs on <10. Cost of $300-400/year.
