@krowvin if you have time and want to take this over while I am on leave go for it. I have tested extracting locations. have not tested loading them back..

Pulled your branch down locally. Ran the various commands against DEV. They worked. Output looked good from what I could tell.

Updated the docs to match your changes. Merging in now and asking @jbatterman to further run the command to confirm operation.

Did some spot testing successfully on both pulling down a csv and loading it back up to the database. Thank you @Enovotny and @krowvin for getting this done for the field, this will be really beneficial!
