Operational AutoBackupCrossRegionReplication

CloudFormation to make a Lambda for the automation of backups cross region replication.

It lets you copy across regions Instance AMIs or EBS Snapshots and RDS (including Aurora) Snapshots.
It lets you define how often and when do you want to make the copy.
You select the resources by defining a Tag and a Value for the Lambda to identify them.
