Summary:

  • Reworks the HawkinsOperations org profile README into the reviewer-cockpit sequence used by hawkinsoperations.com.
  • Adds scannable sections for reviewer routes, artifact machine, HO-DET-001 proof path, six truth surfaces, repository authority, claim firewall, public boundary, prior operating context, and doctrine.
  • Preserves the current proof ceiling and public-safe boundary.

Proof boundary:

  • Public proof ceiling remains CONTROLLED_TEST_VALIDATED.
  • Public-safe status remains NOT_PUBLIC_SAFE.
  • Website/GitHub rendering remains not proof.
  • Runtime-active, signal-observed, production-ready, fleet-wide, autonomous SOC, AI-approved, analyst-approved, Cribl-routed, Wazuh-routed, and AWS-live claims remain blocked.
  • hawkinsoperations-platform is treated as an internal/private runtime-contract route, not a public proof route.
  • V1/HawkinsOps is kept as prior operating context only.

Validation:

  • git diff --check -- profile/README.md
  • git status --short --untracked-files=all
  • forbidden label scan: TEST_VALIDATED_BOUNDED_SCOPE / TEST_VALIDATED_SYNTHETIC_SCOPE absent
  • required label scan: CONTROLLED_TEST_VALIDATED / NOT_PUBLIC_SAFE present
  • GitHub URL scan: complete, unwrapped Markdown links
  • no dedicated local README/proof-boundary checker found in this repo

Governance review hold

Do not merge yet. PR #29 is directionally correct, but it needs one targeted correction pass before approval.

Required fixes:

  1. Restore this exact doctrine sentence in the top block or doctrine closer:
AI generates work. Evidence and human review authorize claims.

  2. Update the centered subtitle to:
Governed detection engineering · SOC automation · proof-routed claims

  3. Fix the Reviewer Cockpit route count by adding the Website / Public Rendering route, or by removing the claim that there are three routes.

  4. Preserve the existing proof boundary:

    • CONTROLLED_TEST_VALIDATED
    • NOT_PUBLIC_SAFE
    • RENDERING_NOT_PROOF
    • HUMAN_REVIEW_REQUIRED

Hold merge until the correction commit lands and PR mergeability is clean.

Human governance review

I reviewed the current PR head after the correction pass.

Approved for merge once GitHub reports the PR is mergeable/clean.

Confirmed:

  • Doctrine sentence restored: “AI generates work. Evidence and human review authorize claims.”
  • Subtitle aligned to governed detection engineering / SOC automation / proof-routed claims.
  • Reviewer Cockpit route count corrected to four routes, including Website / Public Rendering.
  • Proof boundary preserved:
    • CONTROLLED_TEST_VALIDATED
    • NOT_PUBLIC_SAFE
    • RENDERING_NOT_PROOF
    • HUMAN_REVIEW_REQUIRED
  • Website/GitHub rendering remains routing only, not proof.
  • No runtime-active, signal-observed, production-ready, public-safe, autonomous SOC, AI-approved, or analyst-approved claims are promoted.

Human review complete. Merge may proceed only after mergeability is clean and explicit MERGE_APPROVED is provided.
