class suggestions has been fixed, btn-${|primary..} doesn't work, changed to ${1:btn-primary|btn-secondary... instead.
snippet suggestions fixed. Modal and navbar has been reviewed.

First thank you for that extension which facilititates our lives. I have fixed some class suggestions, reviewed modals and navbars, and made some descriptions. @HansUXdev When you approve or review, I will continue with other components.
