# or
pnpm dev

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

Set these environment variables before using the SMS workflow:
AIRTABLE_API_KEYAIRTABLE_BASE_IDTWILIO_ACCOUNT_SIDTWILIO_AUTH_TOKENTWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER
Two API routes power the flow:
POST /api/twilio/weekly-updatessends one reminder text per service record, even when a provider has multiple services.POST /api/twilio/webhookreceives inbound Twilio replies and lets providers confirm or update the specific service by including the exact service name at the start of the message, for exampleLegal Aid Clinic 1orLegal Aid Clinic STATUS: Open.
If a provider has multiple services, the reply needs the exact service name because SMS replies do not carry the original message context.
