Good Start. The README files are more for developers, so the Utility section should be more about WhoBPyT's particular implementation. What are the BOLD variable names in WhoBPyT that can be fit? How is the code implemented (inputs and outputs)? Are there any important notes in the code comments? Would be good to reference the Sphinx page for the API as well: https://griffithslab.github.io/whobpyt/API/models.html |
