Updating to support the Polymer 3.0 preview. Hopefully other people who want to run the component on 3.0 will see this PR. :)
It's also published to npm under @em-polymer/google-apis, so it should be fairly easy to install and use the fork for now, and then migrate once this repo comes alive.
