… v0.2.2 Replaces getReleaseByTag (fails on GoReleaser drafts) with listReleases. Adds capabilities block to plugin.json (twilio.provider, no step types). Bumps plugin.json version to v0.2.2. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
