v0.2.0 was already released (PR #18, cigen GHA/GitLab routing). #804 extends config-derived generation to jenkins/circleci + retires the template package — bump to v0.3.0. Corrects plugin.json (was wrongly set to 0.2.0 in #21) + README pin example. Copilot skipped (broken).
