CHANGELOG

  • The French translations for the app are completely finished: all interface items, all Missions, all game data
  • The "Bespin 4" Mission is updated to the correct version - it will no longer infinitely loop during a certain part of the Mission
  • The Add Ally button is now disabled until a Mission is selected
  • Missions are now sorted by name in the Campaign screen
  • Missions with a large amount of "Additional info" text no longer overflows in the Setup screen. The text area is now clickable and shows a popup with the entire text if it's too long.
  • When required Tiles are shown during Setup and in-game, their Expansion icon is now used instead of the name of the Expansion. For example, a Mission may have said to collect "Core 2B" and "Lothal 1A". Now, the app will say to collect "X 2B" and "Y 1A", where X is the icon for the Core set, and Y is the icon for the Lothal set.
  • "other target" is now translated
  • Various translation fixes

    • Normal round limit: No change from current behavior where some Missions end if you take too long

  • NEW MedPacs can now be automatically rewarded by the Mission (the UI value will update itself)

  • NEW Threat Level indicator in the Dashboard while playing a Mission
  • NEW Campaign feature: threat level for the next Mission in a Campaign can be automatically modified by the current Mission
  • NEW Campaign Screen: Credits icon and coin jingle sound in the equipment buying window
  • NEW Campaign Screen: Automatic Credit and XP reduction/reimbursement when you buy or sell Skills and Equipment - no more need to manually modify the values
  • NEW Campaign Screen: Hovering over a removable item (skill, item, earned villain, etc) will change the text to "X" to make it more obvious they will be removed upon clicking
  • NEW Campaign Screen: Items and Skills are grayed out if you don't have enough XP or Credits to purchase them
  • NEW Campaign Screen: When adding Missions to the Campaign structure, Side and Story Missions have a unique icon in the Mission chooser window
  • Heroes and Allies now only have one context menu button - "Defeat", to simplify play. The app tracks if the Hero is wounded or ultimately withdrawn on a second Defeat.
  • Support for all of the new Event Actions added to the ICE editor
  • More robust UI translation handling (also a new, dedicated translation error log file). Missing UI translations and help overlays with missing translations now default to English instead of appearing empty or missing in the app.
  • FIXED: Allies properly Withdraw upon a first Defeat
  • FIXED: hero wounded/defeated state is properly restored when continuing a saved game
  • FIXED: Custom Missions from Custom Campaigns now show their Description and Additional Text during Setup
  • FIXED: Scrolling the Campaign Mission structures panel with a mouse wheel will no longer accidentally update the Mission Threat

  • NEW random "defeated" sound effect when any group is defeated or a hero is wounded
  • NEW enhanced Import panel - now shows Heroes/Allies/Villains in addition to the Imperials it already showed. Selection behavior is the same as before - Only Imperials can be switched on or off to ignore them from all Missions (or not), since all other groups are already opt-in during Mission Setup
  • NEW translated Ru Missions - complete "Lothal" and several "Other", plus some updated Missions
  • Looking for Campaign data files is now more lenient to errors and old data
  • Parsing a bad bonus effect no longer shows the scary error panel. It's handled silently now, logged, and displays a friendly message in the bonus effect area of the UI.
  • Error panel exit button is now translated
  • Fixed (Campaign Manager screen) - Campaign Packages weren't allowing embedded missions to be selected for Story/Finale slots
  • Fixed Spanish bonuseffect.json data
  • The Bloom effect now defaults OFF

  • Importing campaign packages is now more robust when checking for errors in the expected format
