Official Release v.2.2.8 Android HotFix

Android - download ImperialCommander2.arm64-v8a.apk (64bit)
Android - download ImperialCommander2.armeabi-v7a.apk (32bit)

CHANGELOG

This is simply a rebuild of the app (v.2.2.7) to target a lesser Android API level. This was done because Unity/Gradle doesn't sign the app correctly otherwise, resulting in the app not installing (certificate error).
