Refactored and fixed undefined variable bugs
In case the data is not compressed with deflate, this is a script to apply it.
_________________________ compress_nc_recursive.sh have new flags: - nccopy: use by default cdo, if this flag is true, then search for nccopy - level: the level of zip_<level> to use for the deflate compression
