Implemented debug drawing similar to how PD works.
I render entire debug pass to a black-white canvas and then blend on top of the final framebuffer in current debug color.
It works only in DEBUG.
It is a single commit 4fde2ad but it depends on previous graphics changes by me (merge it after #64 and #95)
