WHAT
Not super clean code, but allows us to run Lit Actions directly on any network for which we have a PKP (and RLI credits as required!)
Added a button that searches GCP's Datil network for the latest request-id ....
We can now run a Lit Action and get full debugging results from the observability project in one step.
Code needs cleanup, but it's functional.
