Description

Update documentation on the production page to indicate what the service provider notification failure error means.

Figma for documentation
I deviated from the Figma link title in order to match all other links to Zendesk on that page.

How to test

• Navigate to production/#staging-environment
• See H3 "Service provider notification failure" with appropriate text and link to the Partner support help desk

That page seems awful long and we may want to look into reorganizing the information in it at some point, but that's definitely outside the scope of this ticket

There's a link from the error back to this section, which I think will be the main way people find this. I personally don't imagine that many people will read this and then remember it if they see an error.
