This is not a commit hash, but hopefully that branch won't be updated anymore. Not 100% satisfied, but I'll approve. You can merge it.
- patch for cpmtools to be able to handle the Ceda disk format - updated diskdefs to be compliant with the cpmtools patch - updated gitignore with temporary directories

Added script to generate linearized CP/M images, with only system software and some localization support (english, italian, french).
Solves #2.
