How to Import Workflows into n8n:
- Download the Workflow – Browse the repository and download the
.jsonfile of the workflow you want to use. - Open n8n Editor – Access your n8n instance and open the Editor UI.
- Import via Menu – Click the menu icon (☰) and choose “Import Workflow”.
- Load JSON File – Select the
.jsonfile or paste the JSON content. - Review & Configure – Check all nodes for credential/config dependencies.
- Save & Activate – Save your workflow and activate it if ready!
