To keep our workspace active and relevant, we follow a 1-year activity rule:

  • Projects: If a project has no updates for over 1 year, it must either:
    • Be deleted by the owner.
    • Contain a file named DISCONTINUED.md or INACTIVE.md stating the reason for the pause and an expected restart date (if planned).
  • Members: Members who are inactive for more than 1 year may be flagged or removed to ensure the community list reflects active contributors.
