This version of the mod was made with the goal of restoring runes and keys, reworking the Autoexec, and adding some generally fun things!

~ Reworked the Autoexec.cfg to contain more tweaks and appropriate labels

~ Adds a prettier menu font by default

~ Massively reworks the Github README file

~ Restores runes and keys, allowing the game to be finished without cheating (with the exception of the maze of pain)

~ Properly removes failing a trick by landing in the wrong direction due to a rare glitch

~Properly removes stamina (regenerating stamina still exists, just in case the player manages to delete shotgun shells

~ Adds special abilities to all 3 powerups (the details of these can be viewed on the Wiki page for every change)

~ By default, the game will disable all cshift filters

~ The Backside 360 has been rebound to 1 key rather than a combo of 2 keys

~ Adds an impulse command for Pentagram of Protection and Ring of Shadows, due to a lack of one in vanilla Quake

V1.2: Rise and Grind

This version of the mod was made with the goal of reworking how grinding works in minor, but impactful, ways. If you just want a strictly better version than Kickflip Quake, check out V1.1. The changes made in this version are listed below.

~ Default grind speed has been increased to 320. If you start a grind at a speed faster than this, that momentum will carry into the grind and slowly lower to 320 over time. Jumping off of a rail also gives you whatever velocity you currently have (ex. Jumping off at 400 units per second will make you jump off at 400 units per second.)

~ Spaces before exclamation marks have been removed (ex. You busted a Kickflip ! has been changed to You busted a Kickflip!. This only applies to text visible by the player, all instances of this in Squirt's comments have been kept.

~ It's no longer possible to fail a grind due to a lack of speed.

~ Fall speed on a rail has been changed from -280 to a dynamic system. When going straight or uphill, fall speed is set to -120. When going downhill or going faster than 320 units on a rail, fall speed is set to -280.

The first ever version of this mod I released, aimed at simple fixes and minor annoyance removal. All changes past this will be a bit more extreme. If you ONLY want light changes with an otherwise identical Kickflip Quake experience, this is the version you should use. The source code is also included, because for some reason the one Github provides is very incomplete.
