Yes, because the date is not complete, but this can't be merged until FlowFuse/flowfuse#5491 is reviewed/merged so deliberately left it broken so it waits

Although it isn't merged yet, there is new guidance for changelog posts in #4674 we need to follow.

In particular the 'Feature catalog and availability' section.

@dimitrieh it may be helpful for your input here for what needs to be done so we can use this as a 'worked example' to learn from.
