• update meta.json with the one sprite alternation
• add to loadouts and maybe a few vending machines

Why / Balance

Was requested and it was simple enough to do.

Technical details

cardy and fishy, these cards already work with the card system we ported from the old codebase, so its essentially another set of sprites and a new deck. Imp had a few comps named differently than we do, so i had to rename them to match our naming, they have land mark comments to reflect.
