Why
PR #274 was merged after the first v3.4.0 implementation contracts were deployed and announced, but before any proxy upgrade executed. Because #274 changes
src/PDPVerifier.sol, the v3.4.0 release notes need to include it before we freeze and deploy the replacement implementations.Validation
