Visualization home
The following image is an example of the home page that is shown when TranspoScope is first loaded using the command line. It is also loaded if the URL to a specific insertion is not provided.
There are three dropdown selection boxes which are labeled (1), (2) and (3) in the figure.
- Corresponds to the --group1 flag specified during realignment (the default is ungrouped)
- This dropdown corresponds to the --group2 flag specified during realignment (the default is ungrouped)
- This dropdown corresponds to the sample_id provided during realignment
Once the outer-group, the inner-group, and the sample are selected, click 'Go' (4) to visualize that sample within the viewer.
