Changes

• Remove unnecessary debug and display implementations
• Inline elements of some enum members, instead of defining a struct with the same name
• Add pretty printing option and remove rarely used sub-parsers
• Change tests to use custom constructors where explicitness is not lost, and use direct constructors when more concise
