Update signbuild.sh

On line 47, changed 'mka' to 'make'.

Been trying to build LOS 16 for harpia and got the following error:
==> Target filename is -.zip
=> Making target files package...
bash: mka: command not found

Changed 'mka' to 'make' and seemed to fix it. Still learning, so please forgive me if this fix is wrong.

Hi @jack-ca! Thanks for your contribution. I'm gonna try it out by myself in a couple of hours, I don't think this should happen as it's very likely to be another problem, maybe because of this script being quite outdated.

BTW, could you provide a bit more of background about the issue? I mean, things like the commands you issued before. Mainly, please reply to the following items:

• Did you properly ran . build/envsetup.sh?
• How did you ran the script? This script, part of the android scripting division, doesn't support being sourced and it's not meant to be ran like that, maybe you ran . signbuild.sh instead of bash signbuild.sh?
