Introduce debug logging for tenant ID settings and authentication flows in FolioAuth. Refactor payload handling in FolioClient to support both dictionary and string payloads, and add a new helper function for payload preparation. Include tests for the new functionality and enhance error handling. Update the version to 1.0.4.
