Registering the Annotate MD Dermatology Image Annotation IG (annotatemd.dermatology-annotation v0.1.0).
This is the first FHIR IG for structured dermatology image annotation, with profiles for annotation results, AI predictions with transparency metadata, and temporal lesion tracking.
