Briggs OvO

Updated to run the 3 major tournaments (Thunderdome, Emerald and Briggs OvO) at any time by having a ruleset page.

Moved to Node 7.6+ allowing me to use ES6 syntax and remove some dependancies while rewriting a lot of the underlying code. Note that this means you have to use Node.js 7.6.0 or later to run the script now
