This pull request is for successful compilation on Windows.
In details,

prefetchers.h is modified;
as codes in prefetchers.h that call __builtin_prefetch prefetchers.h seem invalid on Visual Studio;
so those codes are made ineffective when the macro _MSC_VER is not defined.
