Description of the proposed changes

This PR reverts the nerfs to the Exodus' TurretYawRange and TurretYawSpeed introduced in commit 3177522. These changes were a significant nerf to the unit's microability, giving it almost the same TurretYawSpeed as the Salem, and nearly the same TurretYawRange. Since the Exodus is no longer considered overpowered, I think it is fine to differentiate it more from the Salem again and make microing it more rewarding again.

Exodus Class: T2 Destroyer (UAS0201):

  • Oblivion Cannon
    • FiringRandomness: 0.25 --> 0.2
    • TurretYawRange: 150 --> 160
    • TurretYawSpeed: 90 --> 100

Does TurretYawSpeed speed indirectly affects unit's accuracy or it simply shortens the delay to shoot?

It makes the turret aim faster. Would mainly matter when retargeting from the left side to the right side as the ship turns in circles.
