feat: show the version and update dbro from the app - #12

The status bar shows the running version. On startup dbro asks GitHub for the latest release (Settings can turn this off) and turns the version into an 'Update to vX' button. Updating downloads the release archive for the platform, checks its SHA-256 and replaces the binary (or dbro.app on macOS); a restart runs the new version. Copies under /usr or in read-only folders only get a link to the release. 'dbro update' does the same from a terminal, and the palette has 'Check for updates'.
