New Hydrography (HY), Hydrogeology (GE) and EnergyResourcesVector (ER) Template Contribution – Request for Review & Feedback

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently submitted a pull request with a new INSPIRE Open Data encoding docs and data dictionaries for the Hydrography (HY), Hydrogeology (GE) and EnergyResourcesVector (ER) themes, based on the transformation logic and encoding principles used in the existing templates from this repository.

This contribution includes:

• data dictionary describing feature classes and attributes
• encoding documentation outlining the transformation from INSPIRE UML to the streamlined structure
  I also hold locally the simplified GDBs schemas for the three themes (I didn't see also the gdbs schemas inlduded in the repo, so didn't submit that yet).
  The goal is to support our local customers/public authorities in publishing data in aligned with INSPIRE and Open Data principles. Therefore, my understanding is that 1st step is to publish the new themes encoding documents in order to be validated.
