Feedback for the cursory draft of the section giving the background on entitlement justice.

These issues provide a strong challenge to Nozick's entitlement theory as they
can result in disastrous consequences. Someone who is starving may
``voluntarily'' agree to trade property for food whose value is far below the

this point about an effectively forced trade to survive seems different than the case where market forces have increased the value of the good beyond what the individual invested (that you discussed before). There are in general questions what responsibility and autonomy we should grant any individual to engage in a "free" transaction, or whether there is a duty to protect an individual against their own bad choices.
So there seem to be a variety of different lines of criticism of Nozick's basic theory


Regardless of the thoery of property rights used, the key to a successful
entitlement theory is to ensure it can be justified using a consequentialist
framework. Nozick's theory was a deontological theory, and as such it was

explain -- I don't get why the key to success is....

also, maybe briefly say why Nozick's is a deontological theory
