V2 Initial Release - Linux wallet compiled on Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows build

Security Warning
Trusting pre-compiled binaries for the linux wallet (especially when being used for MN purposes) is not recommended. For security reasons, binaries should be compiled locally to ensure no tampering to the source code was done. That being said, I have not modified the source in any way.
